Register for Virtual Recertification Sessions

Virtual recertifications will continue through December 2022. Please see updated Therapeutic Options and COVID-19 guidance for more information.

Once you are registered using a link below, please complete and return the Pre-Recert Questionnaire and register for your physical skills assessment using the link in your confirmation email. Certificates will not be issued for instructors who do not complete and return the form prior to the start of the session. If you do not select a physical skills assessment time, one will be selected for you and you will receive an email confirming that time.

If you have already paid for a recertification session that was canceled or rescheduled, you will need to contact Tracy Mann for a promo code to register without the fee.
